3. Payments & Invoices

All payments must be made in accordance with the terms stated on our invoice.

A deposit may be required before project commencement.
Remaining balances are due upon project completion or as per agreed milestones.
Late payments may result in service delays or suspension.

4. Revisions & Deliverables

We aim to ensure complete satisfaction with all work delivered. However, revisions are limited to the number specified in your package or proposal. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final design, website, or content transfers to the client. Smart Digital Solutions retains the right to display non-confidential work in our portfolio or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Third-Party Tools & Integrations

Some of our services may involve the use of third-party applications, hosting platforms, or APIs. We are not responsible for any downtime, limitations, or issues caused by these external providers.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any private business or client information shared during the course of the project.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for accuracy and performance, Smart Digital Solutions shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing project with written notice. Fees for completed or in-progress work will remain payable up to the date of termination.
